  • This is for restaurants who want to develop a solid dessert menu for the year. We include a 1:1 consultation with one of our pastry chefs to develop a custom dessert menu for you with 3-4 items.

  • This is for restaurants that value dessert but don’t have the budget or space for a pastry team. Think of us as your off-site pastry chefs. We will include 1:1 consulting 4 times a year when we change your dessert menu seasonally.
